Too Much Tech – Always A Bad Thing

Too Much Tech – Always A Bad ThingWe are enjoying facilities and comforts that were unimaginable a few hundred years ago. It is possible to not just record music but also possible to carry it around wherever we go. Before recording services were invented, the voice of a person was lost the moment he or she died. However, we are not satisfied with this.

Now, we wanted tech that will help us play music in our music player through our television without any difficulty. We are not interested in pressing buttons or handling the equipment. We want the devices to understand our gestures. Well, this can lead to very comical consequences. You may raise your hand wishing the printer to print a page but the shredding services will get activated and may shed all important documents.

Chances are high that you will have to sit like a robot in front of your television to ensure that it does not automatically change the channel. If you have many persons in the room, they device is going to go crazy trying to follow multiple instructions at the same time. The wave of your hand by your brother will tell the television that it must raise the volume. On the other hand, the gesture by your wife will tell the television that it is supposed to mute itself and shutdown.

The best option is to know when we have had enough and to so that we can enjoy the progress towards better technology. If we do not do so, there may come a time when we may voluntarily give up technology because it complicates life instead of making it better.
