World gone potty

If we continue in the same vain that we have been for the last 10 years, in 20 years time the world will be a hideous place to live in. For starters divorce solicitors London will be the highest paid people in the country and will be dealing with multiple cases a day in order to get though them all. Then again, having said all that, maybe people will just stop getting married as there will be no point by then.

I suspect that we will be run by the government ‘sponsored by McDonalds'and that the average weight of a person in the western world will have exceeded 20 stone. Kids will be forced to eat happy meal lunches at school and will all be taking shots of insulin as part of their daily school routine to deal with the mass diabetic problem that has been caused by such poor diets. War will no longer be a problem due to the fact that countries will be spending most of their funds on healthcare.

The phones will no longer be necessary as everyone will simply go around wearing a head band and eye piece which is constantly connected to the internet. Skype will be operated by a chip in the head, and video calls will be holographic. All of this will mean that people no longer need to meet up in person, or go out to clubs or bars, instead just have large holographic conference calls. Celebrities will have taken over from government officials due to public demand, with an old Arnold Schwartzenegger being held up as the chairman of the world with Clooney as his deputy. Oh my what a scary vision this is, but is it so hard to believe that some of these things may actually be in place?
